As your official Waimairi Beach Residents Association our aim is to keep all residents informed on current issues and act as a liaison point for you to voice any concerns about the subdivision.

We hope to foster a strong, close-knit community, encourage more neighbourhood friendships and provide quality events what bring our community together.
